Buy your meat from the local butcher shop rather than the mall. At the butcher shop you can see and select lean cuts of beef, including round, sirloin and loin cuts. There simply is no reason to stick to the same food day after day week after week. During the summer there’s such a wide choice of vegetables and herbs available that it would be criminal not the take advantage of it and spice up your
